Information you submit

When you enquire, book a trial, submit a public form or reserve a workshop, we receive the fields shown on that form, such as your name, contact details, selected interest and message. We use this information to answer you, administer classes and workshops, prevent duplicates and maintain operational records.

Analytics and consent

Optional analytics is off until you grant Analytics consent. If granted, Google Analytics 4 and Pony Palette’s first-party analytics may receive privacy-safe events such as page or course views and successful form outcomes. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, tokens and free text are excluded. Google Consent Mode v2 communicates your Analytics and Marketing choices. You may change or withdraw consent from Cookie Settings in the footer.

Security services and logs

Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. It is a security control, not an analytics cookie. We also retain bounded operational and error logs with redaction controls, rate-limiting records and audit records needed to protect the service.

Processors and retention

Netlify hosts the site and application Functions; Supabase/Lovable provides database, authentication and storage; Cloudflare provides Turnstile and network services; Google provides consented analytics. Records are retained only for operational, security and legal needs. First-party analytics is automatically deleted after 13 months. Enquiry or booking deletion requests are assessed against legitimate operational and legal retention requirements.
